The Big Read is a community wide reading program that will take place in May 2007 during Asian/Pacific American Heritage Month. We invite everyone in the Harris County Metro Area to read Amy Tan’s The Joy Luck Club and discuss it with your friends, neighbors and family!
During the month of May, there will be programs, activities and book discussions that focus on The Joy Luck Club and the Asian culture. To look for programs in your area, check under the events tab.
